Shipping
We ship to all around the world. Shipping within Canada is $10.00 unless you qualify for free shipping (contact lens orders over $125 or glasses orders over $199 within Canada). International shipping including the United States is a flat fee of $18.00. Items are shipped via Canada Post.
Sales Tax
Residents of the Province of Manitoba, Canada will be charged a Provincial Sales Tax (PST) of 8% on taxable goods on taxable items. Residents of Canada will be charged a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 5% on all taxable goods.
Duties
Popoff.ca is not responsible for any duties or tarrifs that may be applied to products purchased. For more information on the duties for your country please contact the Customs Agency in your country.
Returns and Refunds
To return a shipment you must phone or email us. No refunds, only a credit or a one time change for an item that is equal or lesser than original order, any upgrades are extra.
Authorization Number and a copy of the receipt must be inside the box. Returned goods will not be accepted without a return authorization number. There are no returns or cancellations on customized products. No returns or exchanges after 30 days. The Return Authorization Number, a list of goods returned & the message "Canadian Goods Being Returned" must be clearly written on the outside of the box or returned goods will not be accepted. Errors must be reported within ten days of receipt of order. Returns must be shipped via Canada Post or US Mail. Returns shipped via UPS will not be accepted.
